Flowers in ceramic vase can be heavy & require a large box for transportation so price of postage reflects the weight and size of the parcel.
We are aware that sometimes you may have a change of heart and decide that you would want to return the item you purchased.Within fourteen calendar days following the delivery of your order,you may send it back to us at your convenience.
Please make sure that the items are returned unopened,in the exact condition that you got them, in their original packing with any products tags still attached and with no signs of usage.
After we have received the items that you have returned to us, we will process your return and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.Please note that it may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
If you found that on item you ordered has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us as soon impossible and provide us photographic documentation of its state.
